We recently completed a substantial electrical upgrade at Pink Nails in Liscard, Wirral, bringing the installation up to a much safer and more reliable standard.
The work began with a full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) to assess the condition of the existing electrical installation and identify areas requiring attention.
Following the inspection, we carried out a programme of remedial and upgrade work, including:
- ⚡ Upgrading two consumer units to modern RCBO consumer units
- 💡 Rewiring approximately 30 light fittings
- 🌬️ Wiring a new extraction/ventilation system
- 🎛️ Installing and wiring a variable-speed fan controller
- 🔍 Electrical testing and certification on completion
Commercial premises such as nail and beauty salons can place significant demands on their electrical installations, so ensuring circuits are correctly protected, properly wired and regularly inspected is particularly important.
The completed work has left Pink Nails with a safer, more modern electrical installation, along with improved ventilation and individual circuit protection.
